*PRICE INCREASE EFFECTIVE MARCH 1st, 2023* Welcome to Shay’s Pampered Pooches!! Where your fur baby receives the best one on one spaw experience with Shay herself!!! Please read below the policies before booking your pets spaw day!! A $15.00 dollar non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. Your deposit does go towards your services. Once services are rendered you can pay your remaining balance through cashapp, $shayspamperedpooches, cash, or your card on file. Once your deposit is paid and your appointment is approved, the address will be sent via text. Please have your pup on a leash upon arrival!! PICK UP POLICY: Please pick up your pet within 30 minutes of notification that your pet is ready. A notification will be sent via TEXT MESSAGE. A $25 dollar holding fee will be added to your services and will be due at the time of pick up. *IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN 24 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.* You can contact me via text, (859) 935-1276. Late Fee: If you are 15 minutes late an additional $10.00 will be charged. Anything after 15 minutes you will be marked as a no show and will have to reschedule. Your deposit will be forefieted CANCELLATION POLICY: If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs of your appointment, your deposit is forfeit and you will be charged 100% service fee. NO SHOW POLICY: If you are a no show you will be charged 100% of services. *Same day appointments are not accepted* All prices are starting at and is subject to change if need be.
